Considering this scales with your health bonus, accolades powers and set boosts can make you stupidly tough. With the tanker ATO procs and the scaling resist unique IO from Reactive defense, you can get close to 70-75% resist all but P/T at about 15 or 20% health remaining I think. Finally and what most people tend to forget, it also gives you scaling resists that can get very comfy as your health goes down. The set also gives the most DDR out there, so cascading failure is rarely an issue. On Tankers, you can cap your positional defenses on SOs, and with IOs, the Incarnate cap is easily achieved. Surprinsingly, I'd argue that Super Reflex ranks extremely high for that.
